The Jasper County Public Heath Nursing Service has expertise in giving skilled and compassionate nursing care where needed throughout Jasper County.
Jasper County public health nursing offers the following:
Registered nurses
Provide skilled nursing care to promote and maintain health, prevent disease and disabilities, and assist in the rehabilitation of the sick and disabled.
Home care aides
Certified Home Health Aides provide assistance with personal grooming and care, and a variety of home management services.
Speech therapy
Skiff's speech therapists identify, evaluate, and treat persons who are unable to understand or appropriately use speech and language, or assist with swallowing difficulties.
Physical therapy
Physical therapists help to restore physical functioning and independence through planned exercises and treatment programs.
Medical social worker
Provides counseling, assistance and referrals to clients to help them continue to live independently in their own homes.

We provide four methods of payment for home care services:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Private insurance
- Private pay (based on a sliding fee schedule when appropriate)
